  • Rates quoted are per room per night
  • All rates quoted are in THAI BAHT and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government VAT
  • All rates are subject to advanced reservation and space availability upon booking
  • Check-in time is: 14.00 hrs. Check-out time is: 12.00 noon.
  • Credit cards honoured are Visa, Master Card
  • A credit card is required to guarantee room reservations

Booking Policy:

  • Low Season (1st May - 31st October) & High Season (1st November - 30th April)
    10% deposit of the total amount is required upon booking. This amount is non-refundable without exception and in no circumstances.
  • Peak Season (20th December – 10th January)
    A minimum four nights stay is required. 30% deposit of the total amount is required upon booking. This amount is non-refundable without exception and in no circumstances.

Reservations are based on a 'first come, first served' basis. Reservations are confirmed after the credit card details have been received and are subject to room availability during the required period.

Early Check-out Policy:

  • High Season (1st November – 19th December & 11th January – 30th April)
    An extra one night from the actual stay will be charged.
  • Except: (20th December – 10th January)
    Full stay will be charged.
  • Low Season (1st May – 31st October)
    No penalty fee applies if the hotel is informed at least one day prior to departure, otherwise an extra one night from the actual stay will be charged.
