Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverage outlets.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of High School or relevant.
– Good communication in English/ Well knowledgeable in Food and Beverage.
– Good organizing/prioritizing skills.
– Wine Knowledge/Beverage Knowledge/Service Training
Responsibilities:
– Set strategic direction for matters relating to human resources along with top level executives in the company
– Implement, monitor and report on the business strategy formulated by the executive committee making sure that HR related actions are aligned with higher level strategy
– Create, foster and embody a modern organizational culture so as to create a highly motivated, high performance and highly creative workforce
– Manage and implement all day-to-day HR operations (payroll, benefits, administrative etc.) to ensure that the organization is operating at maximum efficiency
– Manage and develop talents by creating an environment and organizational structure where staff can learn and grow within the organization
– Manage any internal conflicts that may arise between employees and between staff and management
– Manage and optimize the use of on-site and off-site manpower as well as staff-turnover and succession at all organizational levels
– Monitor and encourage the performance of all employees as well as propose and implement initiatives to increase employee performance to management (incentives, benefits, training, etc.)
– Promote efficient communication and coordination between HR and other departments so that advise on HR related matters can be given effectively
– Propose and implement an effective recruitment strategy, making sure that all new recruits meet the strategic goals of the organization
– Propose and manage the annual budget of the overall HR operations and any additional projects
– Communicate frequently with employees to make sure that rules and regulations are being followed
– Engage and manage any conflicts with external stakeholders and partners
– Ensure that all HR matters is in compliance with all applicable laws, internal regulations and social norms

– Age: 35-45
– Good managerial and analytical skills
– Excellent people and organizational knowledge and skills
– Modern and up-to-date people management knowledge
– Have a good business sense
– Good understanding of hospitality operation
– Good understanding of cultural diversity and generational diversity

– Good knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and related regulations

Responsibilities:
– To be in charge of the administration work in Human Resources Department
– All things concerning with the process of personnel task such as recruitment, performance appraisal and so on.
– Keeping and recording staff attendance-absent, late and leave, leave application.
– Assist Human Resource Manager in meeting business and job objectives

Responsibilities:
– To study, analyze and report on all variances relating to costs and inventory management within the hotel.
– To manage the hotel inventory process on a monthly basis.
– To supervise the daily receiving and storekeeping activities.
– Assist Cost Control Manager in meeting job objectives.
Qualifications:
– Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Similar
– At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the similar position.
– Good working use of English is a plus.
